Been Away..

Could not do my version 2.2 of astrology as i was busy fulfilling a long awaited dream.  More about it as we go by.

The proxy head of a state (a lady) had to undergo a surgery and that was part of last edtion's prediction. What my crystal box failed to predict (it could have been the easiest of all) was the crushing defeat India suffered yet again. Seriously worried if someone would file a PIL questioning the eligibility of this team to keep the world cup it won recently. The summer of 42 has its second version too i suspect.

I remember a cartoon from Madan in tamizh weekly AV soon after India's crushing defeat in the hands of Windies while the latter toured India. This series was immediately after 1983 Prudential Cup. The cartoon depicting Kapil sobbing and handing over the WC trophy to Clive Lloyd.

Absolutely true.
Kapil was a rare sportsman. If only he had the gift of the gab, he would have been an immortal legend.
